Ingredients
- 500 g rice, cooked
- 250 g broccoli, cooked
- 3 large carrots, cooked
- 1 large red pepper (s)
- 1 jar cucumber (s), pickles 670 ml
- 1 large onion (s), red
- 4 roasted chicken leg (s)
- 5 tablespoon oil
- salt and pepper
- some cucumber liquid

- Chill the rice.
- Cut the carrots, peppers, pickles and onions into small cubes. Cut the broccoli into small pieces.
- Cut the skinless and boned chicken drumsticks into bite-sized pieces, mix everything together and season with salt, pepper, oil and a little cucumber water.
