Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and finely dice them. Drain the mandarins, finely dice the meat sausage (approx. 1/2 cm in size). Quarter the peppers, clean, wash and also dice.
  2. Mix the rice with the other ingredients (except for the mandarins). Add the mayonnaise and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Just before serving, add the mandarins.
  3. If you like, you can then add the soy sauce (but then use less salt). I often leave them out as the lettuce looks brown.
