Ingredients
- 250 g rice, cooked, cooled
- 250 g mayonnaise
- 2 onions)
- 250 g meat sausae
- 2 cans tangerine (s)
- 3 bell peppers, color to taste
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- salt
- pepper

- Peel the onions and finely dice them. Drain the mandarins, finely dice the meat sausage (approx. 1/2 cm in size). Quarter the peppers, clean, wash and also dice.
- Mix the rice with the other ingredients (except for the mandarins). Add the mayonnaise and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Just before serving, add the mandarins.
- If you like, you can then add the soy sauce (but then use less salt). I often leave them out as the lettuce looks brown.
