Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in the salted water until it is grainy and allow to cool. Dice the onion. Cut the bell pepper into strips and the ham into cubes.
  2. For the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, soy sauce, sugar and salt. Mix all ingredients with the dressing and season to taste. Finally fold in the mandarins.
  3. Let everything go well. Possibly dilute with mandarin juice.
