Dice the meat and onions and sauté well together. Then add salt, paprika and the can of peeled tomatoes. Top up with broth and let simmer for about 35 minutes.
Then add the rice and let it swell in the broth (add a little liquid if necessary). When the rice is done, put the Gouda on top and let it melt.
Finally stir in the mushrooms and let them steep briefly. Round off the taste with paprika sauce.
