- Boil rice.
- Cut the smoked pork loin into large cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat in it for 5 minutes.
- Cut spring onions into rings, halve tomatoes, drain corn.
- Mix the yogurt, salad cream and mustard together. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
- Mix the smoked pork, rice, corn, tomatoes and spring onions with the dressing.
