- Clean and wash the beans and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onions and finely dice them.
- Put the rice, beans and onions in a saucepan with the oil and water (until everything is well covered). Add salt and cook over low heat.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the paprika powder.
- Drain the beans, rice and onions, pour into a bowl and pour the pepper butter over it.
- Can be eaten hot as well as cold.
