  • 2 onions)
  • 500 g beans, reen
  • 200 g rice
  • some olive oil
  • 20 g butter
  • salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the beans and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onions and finely dice them.
  2. Put the rice, beans and onions in a saucepan with the oil and water (until everything is well covered). Add salt and cook over low heat.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the paprika powder.
  4. Drain the beans, rice and onions, pour into a bowl and pour the pepper butter over it.
  5. Can be eaten hot as well as cold.
