Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Clean the spring onions and cut into thin diagonal rings. Clean and halve the mushrooms.
  3. Heat the oil and sauté the spring onions in it. Add mushrooms and sauté. Add the rice and fry for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Whisk the eggs and season with salt or soy sauce and pepper. Fry a loose scrambled egg in a separate pan and then mix it with the rice. Serve immediately.
