Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a coated saucepan and add the onion cubes and the finely chopped garlic. Sauté briefly and then add the peppers and rice. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the vegetable stock and cook for about 20-25 minutes.
  2. Please test when the rice has the right consistency. Finally, mix in the fresh spinach and serve as a side dish.
