Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet for about 12-15 minutes. After about 10 minutes, when the water has not yet boiled off completely, add the peanuts and stir well.   2. I always prefer a teaspoon of powdered vegetable stock, but that`s a matter of taste. Be careful with the salt, as the roasted peanuts are usually already salted.
