Instructions

  1. First wash the rice under running water until the water runs clear. Cut the onion and pepper into small cubes. Cut the peeled tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. Then fry the onion cubes until golden brown and add the peppers and tomatoes. Now squeeze the garlic. Add the rice and beans and pour the water over them. Season with salt and black pepper and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes until the rice is cooked through.
  3. Goes with meat or eggs.
