- We disassemble broccoli and cauliflower into inflorescences. Simmer cabbage over low heat with green beans for about 7 minutes.
- Add the sweet pepper cut into strips. Stir and simmer over low heat for another 10 minutes.
- Salt and pepper lightly, and then break the eggs into the vegetables.
- Stir and fry the eggs until tender. Add garlic if desired for pungency and aroma.
