  1. Chop the onion and the clove of garlic and fry briefly in olive oil. Cut the zucchini into small to medium pieces and add to them. Salt and pepper a little.
  2. In the meantime, cook the rice in salted water.
  3. As soon as the zucchinis are browned, remove them and mix with the rice in a bowl. Add different herbs of the season. Add sour cream and stir.
  4. To make it even easier, add sour cream instead of sour cream. Especially recommended for the warm days of summer. Doesn`t lie heavy in the stomach and makes you feel full.
