Wash the chives thoroughly and cut into small rolls. Cut the dried tomatoes in oil into small pieces. Put the ricotta, chives and tomatoes in a container with a little sea salt and freshly ground pepper and mix thoroughly with the hand mixer. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper.
Transfer the finished dip into a bowl and garnish with a little fresh pepper and chives. Chill the dip until ready to eat.
This dip goes very well with grilling or fresh baguettes.
Tip:
If you like, you can also use some basil or other herbs.
