Instructions

  1. First beat the egg white with the salt until stiff to form egg whites.
  2. Then mix flour, milk, egg yolk, vanilla pulp, lemon peel, sugar or sweetener to form a smooth dough. Fold the egg whites into the mass.
  3. Heat a little oil in a large pan, pour in the batter and bake until golden yellow over medium heat, turn over and bake for another 3 - 4 minutes. Tear up the junk and bake a little more.
  4. Place on a plate and garnish with icing sugar, jam and the fruit.
