First beat the egg white with the salt until stiff to form egg whites.
Then mix flour, milk, egg yolk, vanilla pulp, lemon peel, sugar or sweetener to form a smooth dough. Fold the egg whites into the mass.
Heat a little oil in a large pan, pour in the batter and bake until golden yellow over medium heat, turn over and bake for another 3 - 4 minutes. Tear up the junk and bake a little more.
Place on a plate and garnish with icing sugar, jam and the fruit.
