Clean and wash the beans and cook them whole with savory in salted water until they still have a bite. Rinse in a colander and let drain.
Melt the butter in a non-stick pan. I also like clarified butter or ghee, because the taste is more intense. Then add the beans and fry them. Always turn the beans over and over.
Shortly before the end, sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top as required. Fry until everything looks golden yellow. Season with a little pepper.
We also eat fried potatoes and schnitzel or, quite simply, a fresh sandwich.
