Cut the roast beef into strips. Wash the asparagus, cut off the woody ends and cut into pieces. Dice paprika and onion.
Heat the coconut oil in a large pan or in a wok. Sear the roast beef strips for approx. 2 - 3 minutes, then remove them.
Stir the asparagus pieces in the same pan for about 5 minutes or fry them while stirring constantly. Add diced paprika and onion and fry for 5 minutes. Squeeze the garlic and dust with curry. Pan stir for 2 minutes. Deglaze with the soy sauce and pour on the cooking cream. Add the meat and simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes.
