Ingredients

  • 450 g roast beef
  • 500 g asparaus, reen
  • 1 large red pepper (s)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 250 ml cooking cream, 7% fat

Instructions

  1. Cut the roast beef into strips. Wash the asparagus, cut off the woody ends and cut into pieces. Dice paprika and onion.
  2. Heat the coconut oil in a large pan or in a wok. Sear the roast beef strips for approx. 2 - 3 minutes, then remove them.
  3. Stir the asparagus pieces in the same pan for about 5 minutes or fry them while stirring constantly. Add diced paprika and onion and fry for 5 minutes. Squeeze the garlic and dust with curry. Pan stir for 2 minutes. Deglaze with the soy sauce and pour on the cooking cream. Add the meat and simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Approx. 377 Kcal, 6.5 g KH, 15.5 g F and 41.5 g EW per serving.
