Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 80 degrees.
  2. Clean and dry the roast beef. Sear the meat on the fat side, then sear all sides for a total of approx. 10 minutes.Bake in the oven for approx. 60 minutes. Brush the meat with salt and leave in aluminum foil for 8 minutes.
