Instructions

  1. Place the meat in the frying pan rinsed with water and fry in the preheated oven (225 °) for about 1 hour. Brush with pineapple juice every now and then.
  2. Cut into the finished meat several times and insert a pineapple slice into each of the slits.
  3. Serve cold or hot with potato salad.
