Instructions

  1. Peel the asparagus and cut into pieces approx. 3 cm long.
  2. Melt the butter in the pan. Add the asparagus pieces and fry them until firm to the bite over low heat. Season with Fuchs smoked salt Old Hickory.
  3. Suitable as a vegetable side dish for pan-fried dishes.
  4. Tip: Can also be made into a salad with a vinegar / oil dressing when cold.
