- Peel the asparagus and cut into pieces approx. 3 cm long.
- Melt the butter in the pan. Add the asparagus pieces and fry them until firm to the bite over low heat. Season with Fuchs smoked salt Old Hickory.
- Suitable as a vegetable side dish for pan-fried dishes.
- Tip: Can also be made into a salad with a vinegar / oil dressing when cold.
