Pour the salt on a baking sheet or in a roasting pan and distribute it evenly. The salt layer should be about 2 - 3 cm thick.
Just put the meat on top of the salt. No further seasoning is necessary.
Now put the baking tray / roasting tin in the oven and let it roast. Hot air at 180 ° C - the length of time depends on the size of the meat! I had about 1 kg of meat - it took me about 90 minutes.
If you prefer it a little crispier, then turn on the grill in the oven for a few minutes at the end.
Please note that this roast does not produce any sauce. We also eat potato salad, mustard, chutney, etc., or use it as a cold roast the next day.
Please adjust the amount of salt depending on the size of your piece of meat. I used two packets of salt on a piece of meat weighing around 1 kg.
