Cut the cheese slices into thin strips. Beat the juices with a little salt, pepper, honey and olive oil to make a creamy dressing. Wash, clean and spin dry the rocket. Roast the pine nuts in a pan until golden brown without adding any fat. Rinse the grapes and cut them in half.
Mix the rocket and grapes with the dressing and spread the cheese strips and the pine nuts over them. Fresh bread goes well with it.
