Ingredients
- 150 g cheese, mild and nutty
- 2 tablespoon orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon honey
- some salt and pepper
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 150 g rocket
- 50 g pine nuts
- 200 g rapes, liht and dark

- Cut the cheese slices into thin strips. Beat the juices with a little salt, pepper, honey and olive oil to make a creamy dressing. Wash, clean and spin dry the rocket. Roast the pine nuts in a pan until golden brown without adding any fat. Rinse the grapes and cut them in half.
- Mix the rocket and grapes with the dressing and spread the cheese strips and the pine nuts over them. Fresh bread goes well with it.
