Instructions

1. Wash the rocket and tomatoes and grate the cheese. Divide the rocket into bowls and decorate each bowl with a quartered tomato.
2. Depending on the desired amount of dressing, mix balsamic vinegar and vinegar, season with salt, pepper and coriander and then season with a little milk. Pour the dressing over the lettuce and tomato, spiral over the honey and then pour the grated cheese over it.
