Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the rocket. Peel the garlic clove and chop finely. Finely puree the rocket, 50 g walnuts and garlic with a little coarse sea salt, gradually adding olive oil. Salt and pepper and stir until the pesto is creamy.
  2. If it`s too thick, just add some pasta water.
