Ingredients
- 125 g rocket
- 1 clove garlic
- 50 g walnuts
- 100 ml olive oil
- sea-salt
- pepper

- Roughly chop the rocket. Peel the garlic clove and chop finely. Finely puree the rocket, 50 g walnuts and garlic with a little coarse sea salt, gradually adding olive oil. Salt and pepper and stir until the pesto is creamy.
- If it`s too thick, just add some pasta water.
