Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Cook the rice in salted water until al dente.
  2. Knead the minced meat with rice, bacon, rocket, mustard and egg in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan. Shape the minced meat into small balls or plantlets and fry them in the pan on all sides until they are crispy and brown.
  4. Drain on kitchen paper. Serve hot with a side dish or offer on a cold buffet.
