- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 75 g rocket, chopped
- 125 g rice, (lon rain rice)
- 1 tablespoon mustard, hotter
- 1 egg (s)
- 80 g bacon, diced
- salt and pepper
- oil

- Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Cook the rice in salted water until al dente.
- Knead the minced meat with rice, bacon, rocket, mustard and egg in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Shape the minced meat into small balls or plantlets and fry them in the pan on all sides until they are crispy and brown.
- Drain on kitchen paper. Serve hot with a side dish or offer on a cold buffet.
