- 2 spring onion (s)
- 150 g minced meat
- 250 g rice (jasmine rice), cooked
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 ½ liters chicken broth

- Cut the onions into fine rings. Season the minced meat with soy sauce, salt and pepper and form small balls.
- Bring the chicken stock to the boil, add the meatballs and simmer for a minute. Add the rice and simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve the soup with the onions and, if you like, sprinkled with a little coriander.
