Ingredients

  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 150 g minced meat
  • 250 g rice (jasmine rice), cooked
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 ½ liters chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into fine rings. Season the minced meat with soy sauce, salt and pepper and form small balls.
  2. Bring the chicken stock to the boil, add the meatballs and simmer for a minute. Add the rice and simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve the soup with the onions and, if you like, sprinkled with a little coriander.
