  • Egg- 1 pc. Raw rice – 100 g
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Carrots- 1 pc.
  • Sourcream – 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste – 1 tbsp
  • Flour- 1 tbsp
  • Voil- 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste Sugar to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Garlic to taste

  1. Mix the minced meat with chopped onions, boil until half cooked and cooled rice. Also add egg, salt, pepper, and garlic – to taste. Mix and beat thoroughly.
  2. Form meatballs from minced meat. Lay on parchment with baking paper, bake meatballs with rice at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
  3. For the sauce, fry the onions and carrots (grated on a coarse grater) in vegetable oil. Mix the tomato, sour cream, and flour, add boiled cold water. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and bring to the desired thickness, adding hot water. Keep on the stove for 5-7 minutes. You can pour baked meatballs with rice with tomato-sour cream sauce and bake for another 25 minutes in the oven. I put them in a skillet, cover, and simmer in the sauce for another 15-20 minutes.
