• 80 g rocket
• 150 g cottae cheese
• 100 g tomato (s)
• 40 g pine nuts
• some olive oil
• some balsamic vinegar

Instructions

1. Wash the rocket salad and spin dry. Wash the tomatoes too and then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
2. Fry the pine nuts in a small pan until golden brown. Put all three ingredients together with the cottage cheese in a bowl and mix with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
3. Finally season with salt and pepper.
