Ingredients
- 80 g rocket
- 150 g cottae cheese
- 100 g tomato (s)
- 40 g pine nuts
- some olive oil
- some balsamic vinegar
- Pinch salt
- Pinch pepper

- Wash the rocket salad and spin dry. Wash the tomatoes too and then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- Fry the pine nuts in a small pan until golden brown. Put all three ingredients together with the cottage cheese in a bowl and mix with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Finally season with salt and pepper.
