Instructions

  1. Hard boil eggs in about 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, wash the rocket, spin dry and pluck into pieces.
  3. Peel the onions and cut into thin rings and arrange both on a platter.
  4. Rinse the eggs, peel them, let them cool down a bit and chop them finely.
  5. Mix eggs, sour cream, mustard, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper into a sauce and pour over the salad.
  6. Serve sprinkled with chives.
