Instructions

  1. Chop the thyme, mix with oil and a little pepper. Drizzle the goat cheese with it and cover it and leave to marinate overnight.
  2. Wash the lettuce. Mix a dressing from vinegar, oil, salt, mustard and honey, season to taste. Toast the pine nuts in a pan without fat.
  3. Just before serving, mix the salad with the dressing and distribute on plates.
  4. Fry the goat cheese in a pan for 1 minute on each side. Distribute on the salads and serve at the end sprinkled with the pine nuts.
