Instructions

  1. Dab off the steaks, season with salt and pepper. Then bread in flour, beaten egg and hazelnuts, press down well.
  2. Heat the butter in the pan and sear the steaks on each side for 5 minutes over low heat.
  3. Place on a plate or plate and garnish with parsley.
  4. Serve the clarified butter separately as a sauce.
  5. Croquettes and salad go very well with this.
