Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the mineral water in a mixing bowl. Then add the eggs and stir. Add sugar and salt to the bowl.
  2. Cut the mangoes into small cubes and add to the bowl.
  3. Peel and core the apples, cut into small cubes - put in the bowl and stir in well.
  4. Heat the fat in a size 20 pan on medium heat, spoon the dough with apple pieces into the pan and fry 5 pancakes one after the other.
  5. Let the finished pancakes cool down a little, then roll them up and cut into approx. 2cm wide, diagonally cut pieces of dough.
  6. Arrange nicely on a plate - the pear compote with it and nothing stands in the way of enjoyment.
