- Mix the flour with the mineral water in a mixing bowl. Then add the eggs and stir. Add sugar and salt to the bowl.
- Cut the mangoes into small cubes and add to the bowl.
- Peel and core the apples, cut into small cubes - put in the bowl and stir in well.
- Heat the fat in a size 20 pan on medium heat, spoon the dough with apple pieces into the pan and fry 5 pancakes one after the other.
- Let the finished pancakes cool down a little, then roll them up and cut into approx. 2cm wide, diagonally cut pieces of dough.
- Arrange nicely on a plate - the pear compote with it and nothing stands in the way of enjoyment.
