Instructions

  1. Place the beans in a colander and rinse with cold water. Place in a blender bowl and blend into a coarse puree.
  2. Add chili sauce, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic powder, season with salt and pepper, stir well.
  3. Peel the avocado and cut it into slices.
  4. Place a strip of bean mixture on the edge of the tortilla. Add salad mix, herbs, and avocado slices. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roll up a tight roll and serve immediately or wrap in parchment and take with you.
