- Bring the rose hip tea to the boil in water and let it steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the bag and fill it up to 700 g with water. Add the lemon juice and rose water. Mix with 1 kg of preserving sugar.
- Let simmer for 4 minutes, then pour into glasses.
- Caution: Do not use 1: 2 preserving sugar, otherwise it will not be sweet enough because the fruit sugar is missing.
