Ingredients

  • 700 g water
  • 2 sachets tea (rose hip)
  • 50 g lemon juice
  • 100 g rose water
  • 1 kg preserving sugar :

Instructions

  1. Bring the rose hip tea to the boil in water and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the bag and fill it up to 700 g with water. Add the lemon juice and rose water. Mix with 1 kg of preserving sugar.
  3. Let simmer for 4 minutes, then pour into glasses.
  4. Caution: Do not use 1: 2 preserving sugar, otherwise it will not be sweet enough because the fruit sugar is missing.
