Pluck the rose petals from the stem and cut off the white end at the bottom.
Prepare the tea and rose petals in 1 1/2 liters of hot water, add rock candy, citric acid and the juice of the lemon, mix everything and let it steep for 24 hours.
Then pour through a sieve and add 1 bottle of vodka, fill into bottles. Very tasty in sparkling wine, or pure.
