The new potatoes are halved and set aside in a bowl.
Chop the garlic and chili pepper and combine with the oil and mustard to make a marinade. Add whole rosemary needles and season with salt and pepper. Mix the marinade with the potatoes and bake in the preheated oven at approx. 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
It can also be served with chopped vegetables, e.g., Add zucchini or carrots.
