- 500 g potato (s) (early), small ones
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon mustard, sweeter
- some stalks rosemary
- some salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 chilli pepper (s)

- The new potatoes are halved and set aside in a bowl.
- Chop the garlic and chili pepper and combine with the oil and mustard to make a marinade. Add whole rosemary needles and season with salt and pepper. Mix the marinade with the potatoes and bake in the preheated oven at approx. 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
- It can also be served with chopped vegetables, e.g., Add zucchini or carrots.
- Tastes wonderful with homemade herbal quark.
