- 1.2 kg potato (s), waxy (e.g. Linda)
- 3 tablespoon olive oil, good
- 3 clove (s) garlic
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, fresh, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper from the mill

- Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into eighths. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and mix with the olive oil. Add the garlic and spices.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat). Put the potatoes in the middle of the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Filled meatballs with sheep`s cheese and a delicious farmer`s salad go well with it.
