Cod Baked with Potatoes and Rosemary

Oven-baked cod with potatoes and rosemary is an excellent dish that successfully combines a side dish of potatoes and juicy fish with fragrant rosemary. Perfect for a family dinner, this complete meal is easy to prepare and delicious.
Ingredients
- Cod (fillet) – 600 g
- Potatoes – 800 g
- Onions – 100 g
- Garlic – 20 g
- Olive oil – 50 ml
- Fresh rosemary – 1 sprig
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
- We prepare products. We turn on the oven and heat it up to 190 degrees.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into small wedges.
- Wash the cod fillet and dry well with a paper towel. Cut the fish into small pieces.
- Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.
- Peel and grind the garlic.
We wash the rosemary and rub it lightly with our hands until the aroma appears. - Combine potatoes, fish, onions, garlic, and rosemary.
- Salt, pepper and add olive oil to fish and potatoes.
- Mix gently.
- Transfer the contents of the bowl to an ovenproof dish.
We send to the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes at 190 degrees. - Let the finished dish cool slightly.
- Serve baked cod with potatoes and rosemary, ready.
