Instructions

  1. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and cook until soft. Put butter in a pan. Add the rosemary, salt and pepper. Let everything roast well. Finally add the pumpkin pieces and fry them with them.
  2. We like to eat it with sausages or just with ketchup.
  3. Tip: if you don`t have fresh rosemary, you can also use dried rosemary - but then it`s not so aromatic.
