- 1 pumpkin (se) (Hokkaido)
- 3 teaspoons rosemary, freshly chopped
- salt
- 1 teaspoon butter
- pepper

- Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and cook until soft. Put butter in a pan. Add the rosemary, salt and pepper. Let everything roast well. Finally add the pumpkin pieces and fry them with them.
- We like to eat it with sausages or just with ketchup.
- Tip: if you don`t have fresh rosemary, you can also use dried rosemary - but then it`s not so aromatic.
