Instructions

  1. Pick the berries after the 1st frost, sort and bring to the boil with the sugar. Pour the cooled mass into a sufficiently large container.
  2. Add honey, cinnamon stick and apple brandy. Let ripen tightly closed in a warm, sunny place for 4-6 weeks. Shake occasionally.
  3. Filter the mixture, fill it in and let it rest tightly closed in a cool, dark place for another 4 weeks.
