Fry the Kasseler whole, then cook for about 30 minutes. Let the meat cool down, cut into slices and layer in a baking dish. Crumble the defrosted hash browns and distribute evenly over the meat.
Now bring the cream, sour cream and processed cheese to the boil until the cheese has melted and mixed well. Then pour the sauce over the hash browns and meat.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 30-40 minutes.
This goes well with fresh salads, baguettes and a strong wine or cold beer.
